She is survived by : her children, Jon Motes (Amy) of Somerville, AL and Nikki Hubatka (James) of Decatur, AL.; her brother Jerry Johnson (Shelley) of Decatur, AL.; her brother-in-law Freddy Leonard; her grandson John Wesley Motes; her nephews, Jeffrey Leonard and Little Freddy Leonard; and her niece Christina Smith.
