She was predeceased by: her parents, Elifair "Jack" Armstrong and Frances Peacie Cheatham Armstrong; her former husbands, Leonard Frank Kurtz, Jr. and Hal Prater; and her brother James Carlton Armstrong (J. C.).
She is survived by: her son Michael Kurtz (Tami); and her sibling's children, Ricky Armstrong (Cindy), Noel Armstrong (Lara), Tommie Scott, Bakersfield, Teresa Livingston (Ron), Priceville and Kelly Kurtz (Glenn). She is also survived by Nephews & Cousins.
In lieu of flowers; family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
