It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eveline Millican (Hartselle, Alabama), who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cobb and Lora Higdon Cobb; her husband Horace E. Millican; her daughter Connie Sue Millican; and her brothers, Albert Cobb, James Cobb and Talmage Cobb.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nora Millican and Regina Stisher; and her siblings, Edward Higdon, Jimmy Higdon and Barbara Higdon Roberts.
