He is survived by : his wife Ann Dixon Mangum of Hartselle, AL.; his children, Terri Bowen Belgarde (Pat), Dixie Lesley (Bear), Frank Mangum, Jr. (Patty) and Matt Mangum (Demaree); and his stepchildren, Donald Self, Dana Sanderson (Thomas) and Amber Mullins.
