She is survived by: her sister Martha Sandlin Dutka of Johnson City, TN; her children, Michael Hayes (Candi), Sherri Hayes Haynes (Don) and Terri Hayes McClure (Stanley); and her grandchildren, Chasity Bryant Boehm (Donald) and Matthew Bryant (Ashley).
