He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley "Joe" Horton Mullins and Linda Beatrice Godfrey Mullins; and his brother Perry Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Alison Puckett Mullins; his son Conor Mullins; his brother Ron Mullins (Mary); and his nephew Chris Mullins.
