He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lyle Breeding and Gladys Sharp Breeding; his daughter Cindy Breeding; and his siblings, Theron Breeding, Evon Breeding and Janice Breeding.
He is survived by: his son Shawn Breeding (Tonya); and his grandchildren, Daniel Breeding, Samuel Breeding and Sara Breeding. He is also survived by Two Great Grandchildren.
