He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnson Lee (JJ) and Lorene Lee; and his brother Joseph Lee. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wallace; his son Jeff Lee (Sheryl); his granddaughter Hannah Lee; his brothers, A. Ray Lee and Paul David Lee (Spud); his cousin Hal Lee (Buster); and his nephews, Mike Ward, Randell Wallace, Philip Lee, Clint Lee and Pat Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Lebanon Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
