She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilyer Tuggle and Gertrude Tuggle; her husband Benjamin Owen Cook Jr.; and her sister Martha Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Hartwig (Ed), Sheri Sipsis (Jimmy), Michael Benjamin Cook and Steven Cook (Debbie); and her brother William "Bill" Tuggle (Jennie). She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
