He is survived by: his wife Kathleen of Hartselle, Alabama.; and his children, Jim Pait of Elizabethtown, Woody Pait (Kim) of Hope Mills, Fran (Marie) of Orlando, FL and Devona Kilimas (Steve Cooper) of Decatur, AL.
