He is survived by: his wife Kathy Staudt Tankersley; his children, Jimmy Tankersley (Alishia), Jerry Tankersley (Lachelle), Karen Armstrong (Sean) and Jo Anne Castrillo; his sisters, Glenda Shea and Janice Morgan; his grandchildren, Alex Castrillo, Savannah Castrillo, Nick Royster, Mykaela Armstrong, Sarah Armstrong, Mitchell Armstrong, Molly Armstrong, Jay Tankersley, Zac Tankersley, Anna Vickery and Aiden Vickery; and his great grandchild Juliette Royster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
