He is survived by: his wife Sue Hardy Cook of Somerville, AL; his daughter Denise Crofutt (Jerry) of Somerville, AL.; his siblings, Johnny Cook of Somerville, AL. and Lorene Barr of Somerville, AL; his granddaughter Christy Bell (Andrew) of Somerville, AL.; and his great grandchildren, Jaylee, Dalton Parker, Gavin, Tony and River Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
