He is survived by: his wife Patsy McSpadden Starnes; his daughters, Brandy Phillips (Jerry), Sommer Starnes and Chantel Russell (Christian); his grandchildren, Tripp Phillips, Ellanor Phillips, Jasmine Logan (Jesse), Dawson UsMay, Gabriel UsMay, Elizabeth Russell and Caroline Russell; his great grandchildren, Seraine Logan, Aiden Logan, Jasalynn Hutchens, Jaxson Logan and Jadelin Logan; and his friend Wayne "Possum" Saint.
