He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Derrick of Decatur, AL.; his children, Cory Derrick (Sarah), Dorinda Steele (Jason) and Danya Sanders (Bob); his siblings, Jerry Derrick of Pecan Gap, TX. and Doris Ridgeway of Decatur, AL.; and his grandsons, Logan and Tyler Derrick.
