He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Jett and Betty Lou Ferguson Ballew. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob and Cole Ballew; the mother of his children Kristi Ballew; his siblings, Ronald Ballew, Jr. (Cathy), Lee Ballew and Linda Williams (Ken); and his siblings' children, Dylan Ballew, Ty Tenney, Brody Williams, Casey Laney and Katherine Laney. He is also survived by loving father, a beloved brother, and the very best of friends.
