He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Earl Foster and Maggie Riddle Foster; and his siblings, Johnny Foster, Jr., Roy Delbert Foster and Wanda Moradi Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Posey Foster; his sister Betty McNutt; and his grandchild Britney Cox. He is also survived by Four Great Grandchildren.
