He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexie Maxwell and Lora May Mason Maxwell; his wife Lynda E. Foshee Maxwell; his siblings, Bly, Cohen, Delver, Jake, Ceigal Maxwell and Loene Hamilton; and his great grandchild Jesse Maxwell.
He is survived by: his son John Maxwell, Jr. (Lisa); his brother Aclin Maxwell; his grandchildren, Jonathan Maxwell (Anna), Benjamin Maxwell (Lacey) and Courtney Maxwell Lankford (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Lorelai, Lynda Elizabeth, Lucy and Jude.
In lieu of flowers, please give to the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund at Huntsville Hospital Foundation, in honor of Jesse Robert Maxwell.
