He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Leon Stinson and Lois Jeanette Hubbard Stinson; his wife Regina Irwin Stinson; his son Eric Jon Stinson (Morgan); his siblings, Michael Stinson (Janice), Jeffrey Stinson (Sherri), Steve Stinson (Margaret) and Patricia Long (Charles); and his grandsons, Brady, Wade and Luke Stinson.
