He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney A. Bullard and Bobbie Jean Mitchell Bullard; and his siblings, Alva Bullard, Linda Fuhlrodt, Brenda Janczak and Teresa Simmons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carla "Cricket" Bullard and Jennifer Bullard; his siblings, Steve Bullard, Barry Bullard, Kerry Bullard, Claudette Woods and Nikki Watwood; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Bullard, Karlie Bullard, Landon Grandstaff and Trendon Bullard.
