He is survived by: his wife Wanda Marie Tidmore Smith; his daughter Tressa Ormsby Judy (Donald Ormsby); his sister Flora Bea Conarty; his grandchildren, Ronnie Dotson (Michelle), Kelly Hendrix (Jason), Kris Ormsby (Lori) and Shannon Farr (Danny); his great grandchildren, Skylar Bolton, Noah Birdwell, Will Hendrix, Josh Hendrix, Levi Farr, Alivia Farr, Emily Ormsby, Andrew Ormsby, Kristin Berry and Zac Glasgow; and his great great grandchildren, Grayson Bolton and Link Bolton.
