He is survived by: his wife Sheila Wiley Halbrooks; his children, Robert Halbrooks and Wendi Johnson; his siblings, Ivan Halbrooks (Lavon) and Elese Collins (Steve); and his grandchildren, Lannah Johnson and Ashlyn Johnson.
