She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Speaks and Lamar Speaks; and her children, Amanda Gerbasi and Nat Burdette. She is survived by: her husband Bill Burdette; her daughters, Shauna Holley (Scott) and Brandi Davis (Kenny); her brother Charles Speaks (Ruthie); her grandchildren, Taylor Bryant (Jacob), Conley Davis, Mary Ella Davis, Anthony Gerbasi, William Hunter, Jackson Hunter, Shelby Holley, Brant Baughcum and Brock Baughcum; and her great grandchild John Henry Bryant.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FE Burleson Elementary's school library for books to be purchased and placed in her memory.
