She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell C. Bumpas and Genie Burchette Bumpas; her husband David C. Woods; her daughter Debra K. Bates; and her brothers, Oliver Bumpas and Kent Bumpas.
She is survived by: her brothers, John Paul Bumpas (Ruth) of Hickory Flat, MS and L. Dean Bumpas (Arleva) of Holly Springs, MS; her son Stanley D. Woods (Shearie); her grandsons, Preston D. Woods and Kevin T. Woods; and her stepgranddaughters, Brandy Thornton (Jason) and Bethany Siniard. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
