He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Leon Segars and Mary Evelyn Massey Segars; and his sister Doris Ann Tapscott. He is survived by: his wife Nancy O. Segars; and his children, Allan Howard Segars and Brandy Michelle Segars Taylor.
