It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Goodwin of Hartselle, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grissom and Laura Ferguson Grissom; and her husband Carlos E. Goodwin. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Goodwin and Cheryl Hodges (Glenn); her brother John David "Ham" Grissom (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Jason Goodwin (Dominique), Lauren Goodwin, Leigh Ann Loudon (Chad) and David Yarbrough. She is also survived by nine Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
