She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Maze and Mary Helen Breeding Maze; and her husband Jerry West. She is survived by: her children, James West (Katrinae), Eric West (Shannon) and Stacy McMinemon (Hubert II); and her siblings, Larry Maze, Sandra West, Velita Childers and Linda Motes.
