He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Rowe, Jr. and Frances Moore Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Frances Vest Rowe; his children, Paul A. Rowe, IV (Mandy) and Sallye Rowe Swafford (Mike); his grandchildren, Maeleigh Rowe, Brennan Swafford and Rowe Swafford; his sisters, Frances Rowe Patrick (Larry) and Judy Rowe Gover (Charlie); and his siblings' children, Tony Patrick (Janet), Jeremy Patrick (Shanna), Lauren Gover Killen (Dustin) and Emily Gover Vest (Brad).
