She is survived by: her husband Clifford "Smiley" Nelms; her stepdaughters, Regina Osborn and Jesse Amanda Nelms; and her siblings, Willard Springer (Mavine) and Janice Moses (James). She is also survived by Two Grandchildren and Six Step-Grandchildren.
