It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Kifer (Hartselle, Alabama), who passed away on January 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse James Melvin Kifer; her daughters, Shelly Tomlinson (Jason) and Stephanie Littrell (Zac); her sister Myrana Lee Wallen of Baton Rouge; and her grandchildren, Rachael Elise Tomlinson, Joseph Kifer Tomlinson, Celia Kifer Littrell and Shelly Morgan Littrell. She was also cherished by friends would like to express their utmost gratitude to her caregiver and friends.
In that same spirit, the family has requested donations be made in her honor to Lar Mana Children's Home in Recife, Brazil.
