He is survived by: his sons, Heath Hollingsworth (Nora) and David Hollingsworth; his sisters, Rhonda Dunn (Donald), Vickie Freeman (Brad) and Rebecca Salisbury (Robert); and his grandchildren, Elliot Hollingsworth (Hali), Allison Hollingsworth, Calico Hollingsworth (Alex), Talyn Hollingsworth, Nathan Hollingsworth (Jennifer), Emily Hollingsworth and Cody Hollingsworth.
