He is survived by: his sons, Heath Speegle (Lori), Chris Speegle (Kathy Boothe) and Brian Speegle (Melisa); and his siblings, Jay Speegle, Charles Speegle, Debbie Hayes, Brenda McAbee and Judy Maddox.
