He is survived by: his children, Samuel Lewis, Jr. (Johnnie) and Sharri Burnside (Paul); and his grandchildren, Samantha Reid, Candice Lewis, Zachary Lewis, Brittany Lewis, Joshua Burnside and Jacob Burnside.
