She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kenneth Lockett, Sr. and Elizabeth Marie Deeds Lockett; her brothers, Larry E. Ransom Lockett and Ronald Edward Lockett; and her grandson Tyler Frey.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Rick" Frey, Michael Frey and William "Billy" F. Horn, III; her siblings, Shirley Marie Binko, Robert Lockett, Jr., Michael Lockett, Robert Hoerner, Jr. and Roger Hoerner; and her stepbrother William "Buddy" Munford-Lockett.
