It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Murphy of Hartselle, Alabama, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Engle and Flora M. Engle; her husband James Donald Murphy; her children, Donnie Murphy, Daryl Murphy and Cynthia Motes; her son-in-law Benardo Garcia; and her siblings, Tommy Engle, Harold Engle, Billy Joe Engle, Shelia Pullum and Brenda Engle.

She is survived by: her daughter Carla Rodriquez Donna Garcia (Rudy); her siblings, Stevie Engle and Betty Brakens; and her grandchild Twenty.
