He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emerson Cuyle, Sr. and Laura Jane Boling Cuyle. He is survived by: his son Josh Smith; his siblings, Robert Cuyle and Bobbie Cuyle; and his nieces, Brandy Quattlebaum (Stephen) and Christina Southerland.
