He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Roosevelt Skinner and Willie Sue Shelton Skinner; his wife Jean Skinner; his sons, Craig Skinner and Jason Skinner; and his siblings, Mark Skinner (Teresa) and Anita Skinner (James Borden).
