He is survived by: his wife Margaret Franklin Lipsey (Meg); his sisters, Ann Lipsey Roper (John) and Jean Lipsey Hardy; his sister-in-law Lori Lipsey Robinson (Dale); his siblings' children, Stephanie DeLucenay (Paul), LeAnna Lipsey (Ryan), Madison Lipsey Weatherbee (Zach), Jason Hardy (Allison), Anna Grace DeLucenay, Alec Durand, Jacob Hardy, Sarah Hardy, Zachary Hardy and Margaret Ann Weatherbee; and his brothers-in-law, Sam Franklin and Brooks Franklin. He is also survived by husband, brother (in-law) and uncle.
