She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin W. Phillips and Jewell Calvert Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Stanley "Doc" Tankersley and Rhonda Sue McCleskey; and her brother Jimmy Phillips (Susan). She is also survived by One Grandchild and Three Great Grandchildren.
