She was predeceased by: her parents, Truitt Johnson and Mary Frances Johnson; her parents-in-law, Ariel and Merle Missildine; and her brother Tommy Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Missildine; her children, Ron (Jennifer Missildine), Randy (Cathy Missildine), Shannon (Sonny Burch) and Sherry (David Alford); her grandchildren, Neal Burch, Caleb Missildine, Mary Frances Burch, Parker Missildine, Ethan Alford, Lilli Burch, Rylan Missildine, Anna Kate Alford, Luke Alford, Alora Missildine, Briesa Missildine and Cheridyn Missildine; and her brothers, Jimmy Johnson and Kenny Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Sandra's memory to the V.P. Black School of Biblical Studies at Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL.
