He is survived by: his wife Elouise Hays; his children, Tina Callan (Jon), James Hays (Kelli) and Heather Payne; his grandchildren, Payton Allred (Shelby), Hannah Allred, Mason Allred, Kayla Ray (Aaron), Lacey Williams (Noah), Hayley Isbell, Anaken Hays, Olivia Payne, Jett Payne (Jeremy Payne-Father) and Talan Jenkins; his great grandchild Reese Allred; his siblings, Danny Hays (Ann), Jerry Hays, Jerome Mikell (Deborah), Randy B. Hays (Peri) and Chris Hays (Tracey); and his children-in-law, Stephanie Jenkins, Jeremy Jenkins, Ronnie Allred and Hopewell Church of God. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, extended family.
