She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Daimon Eugene Kirby; her children, Nancy Jean Yeoman, Patricia Gaylene Kirby, Daimon Eugene Kirby Jr. and Deborah Kay Plumberg; her grandson Robert Eric Kirby; her parents, Willis Bledsoe and Helen Lucile "Dolly" Bledsoe; her children, Valerie Ann Carey and Doyle Dean Kirby; and her uncle Victor Nelson. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
