She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Brown and Nora Brown; her husband Marlin Cheatwood; her son Mervill Cheatwood; her grandson Shane McIntyre; and her siblings, Lovella Brimer, Hattie Smith, Ruth Freeman, Walter Brown and John D. Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Yarborough and Jeanette McIntyre (Barry).
