She was predeceased by: her sister Sandra Billings. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Billings Jr. of Birmingham, AL and Tiffanie Russell Wooley of Helena, AL; her grandsons, Brandon, Braylon and Jermaine; and her siblings, Debra Williams-Montevallo, Hoover, Delores Taylor (Jemison), Patricia Glover-Tuscaloosa, John Russell-Birmingham, Frederick Russell-Helena and Anthony Taylor (Tara). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
