She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Guy; her daughter Becky Guy; and her parents, Alfred Shirley and Retha Shirley. She is survived by: her close friend Southwest Freight; her children, Terry Guy (Rhonda), Sammy Guy, Annette Henson (Pete) and Alesia McKenzie (Ron); her siblings, Ray Shirley (Betty), Judy Luster, Myra Cobb, Ruth Dodson (Herman) and Joyce McDaniel; and her siblings-in-law, Lonnie Ray, Virginia White and Lenda White (Kenneth). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
