She is survived by: her mother Mary Womack; her siblings, Phyllis Sarratt, Anthony Womack (Tracy), Rhonda Womack, Kevin Womack (Tammie), Joseph Womack (Barbara) and Randy Womack (Shannon); her father Waylon Womack; her grandparents, Herman, Earline Womack, Autman and Ollie Tilley; and her great-nephew Jake Blevins. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
