He was predeceased by: his father Ricky Leroy Campbell; and his grandparents, Ollie Campbell, Jr., Timothy Paul and Rosie Mae Baugh. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Phillips Campbell; his children, Shelbey Alyssa Campbell, Daniel Jeremiah Campbell and Dawson Jarrett Campbell; his stepson Alex Lee Berry; his mother Sheila Sims (Curtis); his siblings, Cindy Spillman (Jamie), Scott Campbell and Joey Whisenant (Julie); his grandchild Rayne Berry; and his grandmother Mildred Sutton.
