He is survived by: his wife Joann Holland Burnette; his daughters, Amber Burnette and Heather Hawkins; his grandchildren, Pheebi, Mayla and Karlee; his mother Katherine Louise Brown Burnette; his brother Kenneth Burnette (Cynthia); his niece Lauren Burnette; his nephew Kenny Burnette; and his close friends, Robert, Libby O'Neill, Matthew Cuzzort, Jaylon Williams, Joe, Karen Register, Kayla Wormsley, Nick Carlton, Randy and Mitzi Horton.
