She was predeceased by : her husband Quinton Ryals; her son-in-law Hal Owens; her parents, Ernest Brantley and Lenora Lopez Brantley; and her siblings, Ernest Brantley and Kathleen Keeffe.

She is survived by : her children, Curtis Ryals (Colette), Marianne Owens and Kathleen Mokler (Sonny); her grandchildren, Curt Ryals (Courtney), Leigh Ann Brown (Dennis), Leslie Jordan (Tory), Carol Nelson (Wes), Patricia Maddox (Tony), Thomas Christopher (Leah), Jake Vinson, Ryleigh Vinson and Analise Mokler; and her siblings, Joe Brantley and Beverly Andrews. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
