He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Richey and Ludie Richey; and his brother Kermit Gene Richey. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronny Richey (Pamela), Karen Newton (Tim), Kathey Fails (Greg) and Tracey Thrower (Neil). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
