He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Thomas and Bonnie Miller Browning; and his brother Jimmy Browning. He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Browning and Christopher Browning (Leanne); his grandchild Jessalyn; and his brother Donnie (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
